Location
Cylla is located at 43 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 3NY, in the heart of the Colmore Business District.
Decorations
Guests are welcome to bring balloons to celebrate special occasions. However, we kindly ask that no confetti, glitter, or any other decorations that may damage the space are used. All decoration plans must be communicated to us in advance.
Photography
We welcome guests to capture their moments at Cylla. Photography is allowed, but we kindly ask that flash is avoided to preserve the ambiance for all guests. Cylla is built around experience and atmosphere we appreciate your respect for that.
Dog Policy
Cylla is a fine dining environment, and in keeping with this standard, we allow guide dogs only. We appreciate your understanding.
Child Policy
Cylla is a refined dining space designed for a calm and immersive atmosphere. Well-behaved children are welcome. We provide high chairs upon request, but please note that we do not offer a children’s menu. We ask parents to supervise children at all times out of respect for all our guests.
Allergens
Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens, as all dishes are prepared in an open kitchen. Some dishes may contain raw or undercooked ingredients, and fish dishes may include small bones. A full allergen guide is available on request.
Cakes
Guests are welcome to bring their own cakes for special occasions. Please inform us in advance. While we are happy to assist with presentation and service, Cylla accepts no responsibility for any issues that may arise from external food items.
Accessibility
There is one step at the entrance and another step before the restrooms. A ramp is available for use at both locations please speak to a member of staff for assistance. We are committed to making every guest feel welcome and comfortable.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations and changes must be made at least 48 hours before your reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of £10 per person.
Parking
Cylla does not provide onsite parking. However, there are several public car parks within walking distance. We recommend the Paradise car park, which is approximately 2 minutes’ walk from the restaurant.
